As promised :)
I paired my stuffed shells with these yummmmmyyyy turkey meatballs.
And I wanted to share the recipe with y'all. Because I'm so sweet ;)
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 medium onion, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 TBSP bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 TBSP ketchup
- 1/4 cup Itialian parsley
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 TBSP chopped basil
- salt & pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to BROIL.
Mix together all of the ingredients except the ground Turkey.
Once those ingredients are mixed together, add in the
ground turkey and mix until well combined.
Using your hands, roll mixture into 1" - 1 1/2" balls.
Place on non-greased cookie sheet.
Broil for 10 - 12 minutes or completely until cooked through.
And voila!
