Let me tell you a story...

This morning I decided to pop into my local U-Haul store to get some of those awesome

wardrobe boxes.  You know, the ones that let you hang things up so that you aren't

going through boxes upon boxes of folded clothes and having to put them on hangers?

Yep, those.  Well, let's just say they need to re-think their design.  They do not fit into

normal sized cars when they are collapsed.  So, it took me 25 minutes to try and figure

out how in the world I was going to fit not only one box - but TWO into my sedan.

I don't have too much to talk about today.  I think my mind has officially turned off

due to all of the packing, organizing, separating, more packing, figuring out the living

situation, packing some more, stressing, coordinating and...did I mention packing?

I can't wait to show y'all the pictures of my new place in Montgomery though!  I am head

over heels for it.  I really can't wait to start decorating it and making it my own - or at

least half my own since I will have a roommate.  Hopefully once things settle down for me

I'll have more time to concentrate on some home decor projects and crafts  :)

Well, packing is in full swing!  And of course, when I'm cooped up inside my office

or packing inside my apartment, it is absolutely beautiful outside.  C'est la vie.

I'm getting more and more excited about the move!  Especially now that I think I

know where I'll be living - that was a big question mark that was making me a bit nervous.

So, let's see what is marked off the list...

Job - Check!

Home - Check!

Boyfriend - Check!

Looks like Montgomery is going to be the best yet :)

P.S. - Have you noticed that I've been wearing my hair up a lot recently?  I've been lazy

and haven't been wanting to thoroughly blow dry my hair.  I admit it.  Plus, my hair is at

that awkward stage where its not really short but its definitely not long.  One day I'll

have long golden flowing locks again...Let's just hope I'm not 40 years old when that happens.

Y'all our weather has been crazy.  I know I've probably exhausted the topic of the

weather, but seriously - how can it snow last week and be 60-something degrees

this week?  It messes me up.  Is it just as crazy where you are?  Please say yes.

I'm going to tell you something...

I hate packing.

Right now, my life is packed up in boxes and I'm living off of frozen food and

whatever is left over in my pantry.  My clothes are separated into 5 different piles:

1.  Clothes for work

2.  Clothes for play

3.  Clothes for spring/summer

4.  Clothes that go to Goodwill

5.  Clothes that I can't part with but don't fit into any of the above categories

Now, onto the rest of the house.  I'm trying to view this as organizing and not packing.

If you don't hear from me for a few days its because I've accidently packed myself up

into a box and am unable to undo the packing tape.  Wish my luck people.  I'll need it :)
